Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned on product pages).
We accept payments through UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (if applicable).
Gajanand Handicrafts reserves the right to revise prices at any time without notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and our courier partners.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, customers must provide order details and product images to official@gajanandhandicrafts.com.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation requests can be made before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
