At Gajanand Handicrafts, we work hard to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. However, we understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at official@gajanandhandicrafts.com.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no refund is applicable unless payment was collected in advance.
Cancellation by Gajanand Handicrafts
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- If the product is out of stock or discontinued.
- If there are issues with incorrect pricing or product information.
- If payment is not successfully processed.
- If the shipping address provided is incomplete or not serviceable.
In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund (if applicable) will be initiated.
