All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of any delay in processing, our team will notify you via email/phone.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and courier partner rates.
We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as per ongoing offers).
COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number on our courier partner’s website.
If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and issue a replacement/refund as applicable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.
